Set on approximately 3.1 acres in one of the highest positions along Butler Drive, this character-filled timber home enjoys sweeping country views and a peaceful rural lifestyle just minutes from Proston village.
The home was relocated to the property and positioned on new steel stumps prior to the current owners purchasing it in 2016. Recently they have thoughtfully and professionally renovated the home, to an exceptionally high standard.

Outside, the property offers plenty of space for family life, hobbies and animals. Established banana and citrus trees add to the country appeal, while an above-ground swimming pool and children's play equipment provide plenty of opportunity for outdoor enjoyment.

The substantial 12 x 8 metre shed includes a kitchenette and the property's second bathroom, along with excellent storage and workspace. A four-metre-wide awning extends along one side, with a further four-metre awning across the rear, creating an impressive total area of approximately 16 x 12 metres under roof.
