Appletreewick holds a piece of Southern Highlands history, complete with the original Bibby Dairy foundations still intact on-site. You are invited to sit for a while on the verandah and take in the tranquil atmosphere. Then, if you need a loaf of bread or the milk, Moss Vale is only 5 mins away! Appletreewick clearly represents the best of both worlds. This beautifully presented 4.94-acre property is ideal for those seeking a weekender, downsizers coming off larger farms, horse lovers, hobby farmers or families seeking a country base with town still close by to get to those weekend sports fixtures.

Set on level, fully usable land, with rich basalt-derived soils, that are the backbone of the region's productive land possessing high agricultural capability and allow for high stocking rates and successful horticultural pursuits (such as cool-climate orchards and gardens).
Additionally, proper drainage systems ensure excess rainwater escapes efficiently during heavy storms.

The recently renovated home carries a warm, modern country feel, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults, with ducted heating, slow-combustion fireplace and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Outside, thoughtfully designed infrastructure makes day-to-day living easy, from water security to shedding and well-planned fencing.
