Equity Partner or Acquisition Opportunity
Fully Approved Mixed-Use Development – Ready to Commence Construction

A rare opportunity exists to secure an equity position or acquire a fully approved mixed-use development project that is construction-ready and positioned for immediate commencement.

This development has progressed beyond the high-risk approval phase and is now substantially de-risked, offering investors or development partners a streamlined pathway to delivery.

Project Status

* Development Approval (DA) Granted
* Building Permit Issued / Accepted
* Power Upgrade Completed
* Main Switchboard Installed
* Site prepared for immediate construction commencement

All primary statutory approvals are in place, and essential infrastructure works have been completed. The electrical upgrade and switchboard installation allow immediate mobilisation of contractors without further authority delays.

Investment Highlights

* De-risked Planning Process – All key approvals secured
* Immediate Build Capability – No waiting on utilities or permits
* Capital Efficient Entry Point – Significant upfront approval and infrastructure costs already absorbed
* Flexible Structure – Open to Joint Venture equity partnership or outright acquisition
* Strong Mixed-Use Fundamentals – Diversified income streams (commercial + residential/retail components)

Opportunity Structure

We are seeking either:
* Equity Partner – Capital injection to fund construction phase, structured as JV, preferred equity, or profit share; or
* Project Acquisition – Purchase of the development site with all approvals, documentation, and infrastructure works included.
* Detailed feasibility, approved plans, consultant documentation, and cost breakdowns are available to qualified parties under NDA.
