24 Amy Street Gympie QLD 4570

An iconic landmark, this stately Queenslander 'The Lady Mary' rests on the highest point of Gympie CBD atop a private and commanding 2841sqm corner allotment.

Gracing the local landscape, the house was masterfully rebuilt by reputable 5th-generation builder Brad Adams Constructions in 2017. Paying tribute to the style and charm of the grand medical establishment it once was, the house was built to honour the original 1880s building, using the highest quality hardwood and materials available. The beautiful gardens surrounding the house have been thoughtfully landscaped whilst the interiors have been reborn into a magnificent family home.

Designed to accommodate the variable Queensland weather, the veranda envelopes the house, capturing almost 360-degree vistas of the neighbouring mountain ranges and direct elevated views of the magnificent historical Mary Valley Rattler station across the road. Showcasing expert craftsmanship and flawless attention to detail, the interiors were crafted in red cedar and other local timbers cut and milled locally by the builder himself.

Featuring magnificent soaring 10ft ceilings with custom cornices and premium grade white gum flooring sourced from Sydney. Included in the sale is a DA approval for a Function Venue with Accommodation, approved in 2025.
