Tucked away deep within the magnificent Otway’s, this remarkable 79-acre (approx.) bushland property offers an incredible opportunity to escape the everyday and immerse yourself in nature. Surrounded by towering gums, lush tree ferns and the peaceful sounds of the forest, this private retreat is a place where natural beauty, craftsmanship and adventure come together.

At the heart of the property sits an impressive two-storey, owner-built timber agricultural Class 10A building, thoughtfully constructed using timber milled directly from the property during the original clearing of the land. Showcasing beautiful natural timbers, exposed beams and a striking roofline, the building blends effortlessly into its picturesque surroundings. Its character-filled design is complemented by large feature windows that capture breathtaking views across the surrounding bushland, bringing the outdoors in.

The interior showcases exceptional timber craftsmanship throughout, with soaring exposed ceilings, beautiful timber-lined finishes and a wood fire adding warmth and rustic character. The ground floor incorporates bathroom facilities and a spacious open area, while a timber staircase leads to an expansive upper level featuring impressive architectural details and large windows overlooking the forest canopy. A generous undercover verandah extends along the front of the building, providing a wonderful space to sit back, unwind and appreciate the peaceful surroundings.

Designed with self-sufficiency in mind, the property features an 8kW solar system with 10KWH battery storage, septic system and two 22,500-litre water tanks. A separate 10m x 3.5m workshop/shed provides additional storage and practical space for equipment, tools or recreational gear.

Stepping outside, a beautifully established open lawn area creates a welcoming contrast against the dense surrounding forest, with landscaped garden beds, timber features and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Beyond the clearing, approximately 79 acres of natural bushland await exploration, with an amazing network of tracks winding through the property. Whether it's bushwalking, exploring by bike or simply enjoying the untouched beauty of the Otway’s, there is something special to discover around every corner.

Adding to the property's natural appeal, Baramunga Creek runs along the boundary, creating a picturesque setting with flowing water, moss-covered rocks and lush fern-filled surrounds. The combination of towering native trees, abundant greenery and peaceful waterways makes this a truly unique bushland holding.

Offering privacy, natural beauty and an extraordinary sense of seclusion, this is a rare opportunity to secure your own substantial piece of the Otway’s. Whether you're seeking a recreational bushland getaway, a place to explore and reconnect with nature, or a unique rural holding, this property offers an experience that is becoming increasingly difficult to find.
