564 Combienbar Road Club Terrace VIC 3889

For those who would rather spend a weekend in the bush than at the beach this unusual parcel of land in Club Terrace is well worth a look.
Comprising five adjoining parcels, the property was once owned by the local saw mill for housing however it’s now farm zoned with Euchre Creek running alongside the property and Crown land immediately adjoining, you are right on the doorstep of some of East Gippsland’s best bush country.
A shed or tiny home may be possible on the property, subject to Council approval and the relevant planning requirements. There are no fences so the local deer population does a pretty good job of keeping the grass down.
Club Terrace makes a great base for hunters, fishers, fossickers, bushwalkers and anyone who simply enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. Positioned between Orbost and Cann River and within easy reach of the Bemm River area, Errinundra National Park and Lind National Park, there is plenty to explore. Originally a gold mining settlement, Club Terrace became a timber milling town and now is a rural lifestyle village.
It's not your typical block of land — but for the right buyer, that's exactly the attraction.
