93 Wilson Road Bullsbrook WA 6084

AUCTION ON SITE | SUNDAY 22nd NOVEMBER | 11am

Set across approximately 25 hectares of rolling pasture and native bushland, Earth Castle is an extraordinary earth-sheltered residence offering grand proportions, exceptional privacy and a remarkable connection to its surroundings.

Featured during construction on Grand Designs Australia, the home follows the natural contours of the hillside and wraps around a substantial private lake. The Brockman River runs through the property, while a winter creek flows between natural granite outcrops and into the lake.

Sweeping passageways connect the home's separate living and accommodation wings, while soaring ceilings, organic curves and carefully positioned windows frame views of the surrounding water and valley.

At the centre of the residence, a curved staircase with floating Donnybrook stone treads rises above a cascading indoor stream. Throughout the home, Toodyay stone, locally sourced granite, earthen clay render and Manjimup timber create warmth, texture and a strong sense of place.

Four lakeside bedroom suites offer private ensuites, outdoor access and uninterrupted water views. The separately positioned main suite opens directly onto the expansive deck and includes a beautifully crafted ensuite with a freestanding bath, double shower, hand-carved stone basins and a suspended live-edge timber vanity.

The living grass roof, passive-solar orientation, thermal mass and natural airflow contribute to the home's outstanding thermal performance. Key infrastructure is connected by fibre-optic cabling, while security cameras positioned throughout the property provide additional peace of mind.

Below, a four-car garage and workshop are complemented by extensive storage, a stone wine cellar with a concealed room and approximately 60,000 litres of underground water storage.

The property's rural infrastructure includes a substantial shed with facilities, five paddocks equipped with water troughs and two horse shelters or stables.

Private, peaceful and entirely individual, Earth Castle is an architectural experience unlike any other.
