Me Property Sales may be the newest agency in town but it is run by Dayboro’s most experienced Real Estate Agent. Owned and operated by Michael Flanigan, the agency has been set up to give sellers another option in town other than the larger agencies when it comes to selling.

However our main point of difference will be our approach taken with our sellers from the outset. We will give you an honest appraisal on what your property is worth. We will not tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing. We will give you honest feedback from all potential buyers. We will not talk you down in price each week. We will not waste your time or money as it also wastes our time and money. We will do everything possible to sell your property, and if in the end you are not happy with what we have done we will happily release you from any agreement you have with us.
Our reputation will be built on honesty and we intend to not only operate our business in this town, but continue to live in this town.
