Townsend Real Estate commenced in April 2014 as a rural property sales focused business with a staff of two being Stephen and Claire Townsend. Within 12 months Kathie jumped into Claires position as she headed off to uni to study nursing and life in general. Very quickly we grew from a rural focussed business to rural, residential, commercial sales and property management with a staff of eight. Whilst the business has grown quickly every decision has been carefully considered and with maximum consideration of all involved. We pride ourselves on being open and transparent with our customers and clients and with the close knit staff that we have been fortunate enough to assemble over the past couple of years.
