My first experience into real estate came in the year 2000 when I undertook building a home as an owner/ builder in the lower Blue Mountains, west of Sydney. 6 years of hard work as an owner/builder taught me some valuable lessons in life and the real estate industry. Perseverance and patience were obvious. The finer details of design, crunching numbers with budgets, developing an eye for detail and solving problems with tradesmen, negotiating with council, financing etc. all came with building. With this foundation under my belt, I have since been investing in real estate locally, interstate and overseas. It all comes down to understanding the market you are involved with and having the numbers add up for you. When going through the process of buying or selling your biggest asset, I understand the transition and season change that this brings. I will persevere, work hard, negotiate and achieve the best possible outcome for you. I have been married since 1997 and have two children. I love being a father, soccer coach and encouraging peoples lives.
