A little about me

Jack Hicks has joined our team at Kevin Hicks Real Estate. Jack, a born and bred Shepparton boy, the son of Kevin and Fiona, has always wanted to return to Shepparton and work within the Family business.

Returning to Shepparton was always the plan, as he is passionate about the Greater Shepparton community and his grassroots. Including the return to childhood football team Congupna FC to play and has since been appointed President of the club.

Jack obtained his Agents Rep License via the REIV and is continuing his academic development by completing a Bachelor degree in Marketing & Public Relations at Deakin University. Jack has a professional drone license (RePl) and logged over 100 hours of flight time. Jack enjoys furthering his knowledge by taking on short courses and new experiences. He recently visited the Victorian head office of Realestate.com.au to understand how the leader in real estate marketing, achieves the edge on competitors.

Jack’s professional goal is to offer the most premium Real Estate Services available, based on a high standard of ethics, values and an unwavering commitment to his clients’ interests. His point of difference in the industry will be his capabilities in the field of social media, developing floor plans and a keen eye for photography.

Adopting the most modern technology and strategies in the field of real estate comes naturally to Jack. In doing so, he earns the loyalty and trust of both home-sellers and home-buyers.
