About Lucas Bradley
Lucas has lived and worked on the South Coast since 1999 and joined Elders Goolwa as a fresh-faced 18 year old straight from school in Darwin. 9 years later and Lucas became the youngest Principal of a Real Estate Company on the South Coast, providing clients with a fresh, energetic and ‘Gen Y’ style to marketing property, along with an empathetic approach to helping people find their perfect family home, dream holiday retreat or ideal block of land to build their own slice of heaven. Known as the ‘Masters Apprentice’, Lucas followed in the footsteps of his highly successful Grandmother (yes, Grandmother), Enid Simpson, who is synonymous in Real Estate across the South Coast and it is this partnership that Lucas believes has helped to create one of the most successful family businesses on the Fleurieu. Highly acclaimed over his 18 year (and still counting…) career, Lucas has been a multi-award winner year after year throughout the Elders Network and the real estate industry as a whole, the pinnacle so far being named No. 4 Principal Elders Nationwide in 2009. While he has a long list of achievements and record sales to go by, rather than beat his own drum, Lucas has always preferred to let his clients do the talking for him.
