Todd Hinsby

From early life on a small rural property near Wollongong’s beautiful south-coast beaches to today being a resident of Forster on the Mid-North Coast; Todd has a lifelong love & knowledge of country and coast and the wonderful lifestyles both offer.  Additionally, as the son of a well-known horse trainer and breeder, Todd understands the wealth of opportunities and enjoyment that rural lifestyles represent; strong points in his promising career in real estate. Todd’s sporting prowess across a number of sports, especially soccer where he secured his place in school and local squads and led to state representation, shows his commitment to training and teamwork. 

Todd has enjoyed a varied early career path as he strove to find his niche. Time spent in plastering and steel framing as well as general trades has given Todd a good eye for building and presentation, but it was a later career with the NSW Railways that cemented his work ethic and also challenged his priorities.  Although enjoying an interesting and rewarding role, the away from home requirement for often weeks or even months on end, and the three flights in one day, followed by a two hour drive to get home, eventually became too much for a father of two young boys.  It was then that Todd realised the area in which he could best combine his varied skill sets with his love of country, coast and property was as a Real Estate Agent. 

Todd has faced many challenges in his life and from them he has learned respect, loyalty and also tenacity.  We believe this is what makes Todd the very humble, caring and bright young man that he is today – and a powerful personality in real estate.  Todd’s out of the box thinking and personal techniques are a breath of fresh air in the industry and without a doubt, Todd will professionally help all his clients achieve their goals without the stress and heartache that from time to time may come with buying and selling property.
