Having retired from an exciting and successful career in the UK Police Force in 2004, I moved continents and home and relocated to Hervey Bay.  This was a purposeful decision because I believed then that exciting times lay ahead for growth in South East Queensland, and Hervey Bay for me ticked all the right boxes.  Since 2008 I have worked in Real Estate locally and people skills honed over the past thirty years in my former life are just as important in the Real Estate industry today.  It is my view that the most important skill is communication, actually listening and helping people to achieve their aspirations with the best results.  I love a challenge and the Real Estate industry has certainly provided me with that. Forever the optimist, I enjoy being on the team at Elders Real Estate and what I can promise you is good honest service with an effective enthusiasm and a smile on my face as we take the journey of selling or buying your property.  After all, I am only too aware that property is your biggest financial asset in life
