Beeches on High is an 1870 Victorian home built on the banks of Spring Creek and close to the heart of Beechworth, an historic gold town (150m from Post Office).
It is unique from most other Victorian homes as it is built upon the foundations of 2ft thick granite rock walls, which form another complete basement level to the home.
A spacious & large home consisting of 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 12 people with 4 rooms comprising 3 x Queen suites (2 have ensuites), & 4th has 3 single beds. (2 beds can be made up as a king bed).
The home offers 2 living room with 2 TV's and DVD, a fully self contained kitchen and includes 3 bathrooms (1 spa) and 3 toilets, washing machine and dryer. heating and cooling includes x 2 split systems and 2 combustion wood heaters and 3 open fires.
