An Evergreen Grazing Powerhouse
TDC Livestock and Property are please to offer to the market 283.32ac of strong, well improved grazing country located within close proximity of Macarthur. The property has been exceptionally well set up with top class water, fencing and handling infrastructure.
A feature of the property is the good mix of heavy friable black loam rising to productive brown loam, giving a long season of feed. A solid pasture base of phalaris, clover and rye grass with sorghum recently being sown all being in good health and well fertilised.
Water is supplied by a bore equipped with a submersible pump filling a header tank. This then reticulates through a 50mm poly main line to concrete troughs. A solar pump draws water from the Eurmeralla River, which runs all year round. There is also a windmill which acts as a back up. Totally reliable and safe from carting water in dry times.
The old dairy shed provides shelter for the CIA crush at the large holding yards. These also feature a calf crush and long working race. The yards have good all year access. Further improvements include a double garage, hay shed and a timber frame unoccupied house, which would respond well to renovation.
The property is well fenced into 11 main paddocks with a central laneway, allowing for ease of stock movement and management. There is little to do other than drop your stock off and watch them fatten.
A well set up and well located property that is a walk in start. Call Tom Pearce 0427 642 138 or Mark DeGaris 0428 372 124 today for further information and to organise your inspection today.
