A requirement to owning the block is the preservation of natural habitat. You will receive an income from the government that varies from year to year. This income will require you to manage the land through hiring contractors. We are currently in Year 4 of the active management plan. Each year the land is inspected by a government inspector and provided your doing the right thing, the money will then be released for the next year. No personal money is required to be spent
Examples of land management practices are;
• Spraying Lantana, tobacco weed and other invasive species.

• Repair access trails
