We are looking for someone to go into our gorgeous beachside cafe, in a cute, coastal tourist town situated 1 hour north of Noosa.

The cafe sits on the main street of town, overlooking a park to the bay, and is one of the iconic cafe/restaurants in the wider area. The contemporary design and breezy layout complement the wonderfully relaxed location.

Alfresco seatiing on the footpath leads through into an airy seaside dining area which seats up to 100 people. An ocean view from the front fully opening windows, and a cute garden courtyard out the back, there is plenty of sea breeze to cool the summer heat. A great bar area with coffee machine as well provides another place for customers to sit and enjoy their surrounds.

There is not much to do in order to open for business. The fully equipped kitchen is in perfect working order and as clean as a whistle. Walk in fridge and adjoining freezer, ovens, fryers and ample stainless steel bench space. The large and well-designed kitchen is ready to go, fully stocked with everything from frypans to forks.

It is important to us to get the 'right' people to take advantage of this opportunity. The holiday times are particularly busy, but a strong local community in this fishing town means that experienced, confident people with a clear plan will be best suited to this place. This premises was run successfully as The Black Cockatoo for over 10 years, and its closure was a big loss to the local community and tourists alike. Tin Can Bay is literally begging for a new coffee haunt and good-food-fix.
