102 Cliff Jones Road Curra QLD 4570

Welcome to 102 Cliff Jones in the peaceful Curra district.
Constructed in 1994, the home has stood the test of time to be in fantastic condition. Built with the fashion of the era, the PGH Megabrick keeps the property well insulated. A fresh lick of paint and a retile means you get to enjoy the great outdoors, without the added burden of home maintenance.
The family section of the home is a 3 and 1 configuration with spacious bedrooms and large open living and dining area, complete with galley style kitchen.
The separate living area at the Northern end is fully self-contained with kitchenette and shower over the bath.
A large rear patio is ideal for those balmy Queensland evening barbies.
The inground kidney shaped pool will be great for the afternoon cool off and the nearby deck is perfect for supervising the kids, with a quiet cuppa.
Set on 5 acres of gently sloping land, there is already some fruit trees, a new pad cut ready for a shed or tennis court, and not one, but two dams to help maintain the growth of your gardens.
A 6m x 6m lock up shed, with additional awning on the front, around 6 kilowatts of grid fed solar, and 15,000 gallons of rainwater complete a great family picture.
Curra is a thriving area just 15 minutes North of gympie with easy access to the Gympie Bypass. This property adjoins a reserve for school and shopping centre.
