WATER ENTITLEMENTS: The Aggregation benefits from 1,944* megalitres of Murrumbidgee River General Security water entitlements, an additional 408.5* megalitres of supplementary water, plus 2,017* megalitres of Lower Murrumbidgee Deep Groundwater entitlements and 18* megalitres of Stock and Domestic water.

SOIL & TOPOGRAPHY: A relatively flat landscape, underpinned by fertile alluvial soils of the Murrumbidgee River floodplain, supported by a history of strong agronomic management and investment.

RELIABLE WATER: An extensively developed irrigation system with efficient distribution of both surface and groundwater via an open earthen reticulated channel network. Complemented by four* kilometres of Murrumbidgee River and eight* kilometres of Yanco Creek frontage, together with a non-seasonal average annual rainfall of 443* millimetres.

QUALITY INFRASTRUCTURE: Productivity is underpinned by quality infrastructure suited to an irrigated cropping enterprise, including a pump station on the Murrumbidgee River and Yanco Creek, two groundwater bores, machinery sheds, workshops, haysheds, numerous storage sheds, grain storage, an equipped shearing shed and yards, and cattle yards.
