"PLATINUM PARK" Cropping property of scale
901.4Ha - 2227ac - 1 Title
• 15kms North of the sealed Mallee Hwy at Geranium
• Significant soil works carried out.
• Many options - Crop, Hay or Livestock.
• 2000ac Arable - 2 x Stock bores.
• Shedding and livestock infrastructure.
• Good cropping in 350mm Rainfall
Platinum Park is currently operated as cropping property but could easily operate as a
versatile mixed farming property incorporating livestock into the operation or establish
pastures into the renovated paddocks to run as a full livestock operation.
Located at Geranium within easy access of grain receival terminals and multiple
major livestock sale-yards and abattoirs.
The scale of Platinum Park is of a size that the property could operate
as a stand alone property but would also be suited as a considerable sized
add-on to neighbours without the need to pay for major infrastructure and housing.
Considerable expenditure has been undertaken on soil works on the property in recent
years with Bedinar deep ripping and clay spreading and rubble driveway in to simplify heavy truck access.
Inspections highly recommended with sole agents.
