Dairy Business
The dairy enterprise is operated under management requiring 1.5 – 2.0 labour units and conservatively milks on average 130* cows, producing 740,000* litres of milk annually. At times 150 cows have been milked, with the dairy having the capacity to milk 70 cows per hour. Dairy infrastructure includes a 16 stand rotary dairy that was refurbished in 2016, including teat sprayers, two feed heads, Easy Dairy computer system, 15,000* litre milk vat, circular yard and backing gate. Milk is supplied to Suputo. The cross bred milking herd comprises Holstien and Brown Swiss cows with both Jersey and Holstien x Brown Swiss bulls being used along with sexed seamen Guernsey straws used for artificial insemination (AI). Some cows are joined to a Hereford bull for beef calf production. Excess dairy heifers have been sold into the Japanese and Chinese live export market.

Operational infrastructure
Large hay/machinery shed with capacity to store 120* tonnes, modern calf rearing shed, cattle yards, 40* tonne elevated pellet silo, 100* tonne elevated grain silo and additional machinery shed.
