59 Bethross Drive Tambo Upper VIC 3885

Set on approximately eight acres, this hobby farm offers plenty of room for the family, animals and a bit of country living. This Tambo Upper property is looking for new owners with energy and enthusiasm for country life.
The traditional brick veneer ranch style home was built in the 1980s and remains in largely original condition, offering the opportunity for a new owner to give it a refresh and make it their own. High raked ceilings feature through the main living area, with a central brick feature wall dividing the lounge from the family dining space. Veranda’s run along both sides of the home, while a large conservatory has been added to the family room, extending the living space.
The generously sized kitchen features solid timber cabinetry and slate floors for that that country warmth and charm which extends into the walk through pantry and family dining area.
There are three bedrooms in total, plus a second lounge that offers the flexibility to become a fourth bedroom if your family needs it. The main bedroom is a private retreat, with a sliding door opening straight onto the verandah, a walk-in robe, and a country-style ensuite. The main bathroom is oversized and built for a busy household, while the two remaining bedrooms are generously sized with built-in robes.
Outside, there's no shortage of space for machinery, hobbies, or animals. The main shed is approximately 8m x 12m with a concrete floor and 2.4m clearance, while a second shed of around 7.5m x 6m offers further storage or workshop space – and would double nicely as a tack room. Both sheds are fitted with single-phase power. There are older-style animal yards and a shed which would benefit from some work, giving the new owner the opportunity to repurpose them to suit their needs. Multiple water tanks and a large fenced dam provide water storage, while the acreage gives you room for gardens, animals, machinery and plenty of outdoor space.
This is a home with good bones, plenty of space, and genuine scope to update over time – offering both a comfortable family base and the chance to truly enjoy the country lifestyle.
