• Irrigation water is supplied via the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area channel Warburn Channel scheme and stored in a 16* megalitre onsite storage dam. The property is further benefitted by 1,576* megalitres of Murrumbidgee Irrigation Delivery Entitlements.
