Melbourne's highest furnished executive residence — Sky high panoramic CBD views, fully inclusive from A$1,500/week

Perched on skyhigh level West Side Place, this is the highest apartment in our portfolio — a fully furnished (105 SQM) two-bedroom residence available for corporate, executive and relocation stays of three months or more, by application only.

Floor-to-ceiling windows open the living and dining area onto an unbroken sweep of the Melbourne CBD — the city mapped out beneath you, the light turning over it through the day, and by night a skyline that reads more like an aerial photograph than a view from a window. Apartments at this altitude are rare in Melbourne; private residences, rather than hotel suites, rarer still.

Inside the residence

Two king bedrooms, each with a king bed and premium linen, a considered layout lets two executives share without either taking the lesser room, so it works for corporate placements and colleague pairings as well as a couple.

Two full bathrooms with premium finishes, including a deep soaking bath.
A dedicated study — a real work-from-home space, not an afterthought, with fast internet.

A generously sized in-unit laundry — an unusually practical feature for CBD high-rise living.

A fully furnished, move-in-ready interior — open-plan living and dining, floor-to-ceiling glass, a quality furniture package and a fully equipped kitchen.
Professionally managed by The Executive Residency Group — a single point of contact, one agreement and one weekly figure.

Building facilities (subject to Owners Corporation rules and the resident induction) include a heated lap pool, gymnasium, steam room, sauna, library, residents' lounge and secure building access.

On the western edge of the CBD, within walking distance of Southern Cross Station, the legal and corporate precinct, Docklands, Queen Victoria Market and Spencer Street.
