What's included

A$1,500 per week, fully inclusive — nothing to connect, no accounts to open, no bills to reconcile.

Utilities are included for normal residential use; genuinely excessive or non-residential usage may be reviewed and on-charged at cost, with statements.

Optional housekeeping from A$195 per visit (fortnightly or monthly), linen on the same schedule.

Optional secure parking at A$90 per week, subject to availability.
Maximum 4 residents.

How the longer stay works

An initial 3-month furnished accommodation agreement, with a further 3 months by written agreement arranged in advance.

The initial 3-month term is payable in advance before move-in.

A A$3,000 security deposit, held under the accommodation agreement and refunded at end of stay subject to condition, covering keys, fobs, remotes and any damage. (Held by ERG — not a residential bond, not lodged with the RTBA.)

The resident and/or sponsoring company remains liable for any loss or damage beyond the deposit.

Before keys: government-issued photo ID, proof of employment or corporate sponsorship, signed agreement and cleared funds.

Corporate and company-sponsored agreements preferred.

Smoking is not permitted inside the residence or on the balcony. Pets by prior written approval.

Available from 3 August 2026. Private inspections by appointment.
