A one-minute walk and you'll have your toes in the sand as you make your way down the beach path to enjoy the expansive coastline of Goolwa Beach. Swimming, surfing, cockling, building sandcastles or enjoying the solitude of early morning or late evening walks along the beach whatever takes your fancy. Making your way back home, you can make use of the outdoor shower in the front garden or make your way around the back to have direct access to the warm indoor shower.

Styled for laidback living, the whole family will enjoy what this shack has to offer. Outside there is an expansive rear deck with Ziptrack blinds, festoon lighting, leather lounge and outdoor dining table seating six. Enjoy bbqs cooked on the Weber Q, nights by the fire (when fire restrictions aren't in place) or laze the day away on the hammock. Large lawn space to the front and rear gardens are great for the kids to run, kick a ball or for the challenge of a game of bocce.
The rustic outdoor games room is set for epic table tennis challenges and houses an array of sporting equipment for your enjoyment, including boogie boards, tennis racquets, footballs, cricket bat and stumps to name a few. Bring your bikes and join the Encounter Bike Path directly from the top of the driveway, and store them securely in the games room when not in use.

Sleeping accommodation is ideal for couples or small families, with one queen size bed, one double and one single with space for a portable cot in bedroom three if required. The beds are equipped with seasonally appropriate continental quilts with additional blankets provided. A large built in robe is also in bedroom three for all guests that require hanging space and room up top to store away suitcases and bags. Drawer storage is provided for clothing in bedrooms one and two.

A practical well equipped kitchen and butlers pantry is great for those that can be bothered cooking inside, with a Smeg dishwasher to make the cleanup easy. There is also a Levazza Desea Coffee Machine (uses Lavazza pods available at the Goolwa supermarket), rice cooker, toastie machine, electric frypan, bamboo steamer, hand mixer, bakeware, saucepans & frypans, toaster & kettle. A Bosch washing machine with auto detergent dosing is there for your convenience, detergent provided. Throw your clothes in, set the cycle and you're done. Clothes line, clothes airer, iron & ironing board also provided.

Quiet and secluded for much of the year, the off season provides the perfect time to enjoy this special place and you'll likely find you have the beach all to yourself. Over the summer period, enjoy the vibe of the holidays and let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.
