119 McLeod Road Mutchilba QLD 4872

Embark on a fruitful endeavour with this long-established orchard farm, offering a rare blend of tradition and opportunity. Steeped in family heritage, this property offers 35.74 hectares of fertile land, carefully maintained to provide the perfect foundation for horticultural/agricultural business pursuits.

The property is fully equipped to meet the demands of commercial fruit farming (limes, lemons, and mangoes), featuring a packing shed complete with a cold room capable of holding 16 pallets, an ethylene gassing system for quality fruit ripening, and a specialised weight sorting packing machine. An internal truck loading bay and a UV treatment water system ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Supporting structures include a machinery shed with ample bays for secure storage and a vintage timber shed that harks back to the farm's legacy. The irrigation system is facilitated by two dam-fed pump sheds and an automated hydraulic valve network that accurately manages water distribution to the trees.

The main farm residence is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom rendered block/fibro home, with entertaining deck. Accommodation for workers is well-appointed with a rendered block three bedroom dwelling, dual kitchens, and amenities.

With 95ML of water allocation for commercial use and an additional 2 ML for domestic needs, bolstered by 5Kw of solar power, this farm is an environmentally conscious enterprise, ready to be further developed by hands equally passionate about heritage and innovation.
