478 Willowvale Road Willowvale QLD 4370

Webster Cavanagh Rural is pleased to present “Sunnyside” to the market. Set across 185.75 acres in the tightly-held farmland of Willowvale, this established property offers a combination of productive cultivation country, creek soils and substantial infrastructure. With approximately 170 acres of cultivation including 50 acres of rich creek-flat soils, grassland, and Backwater Creek forming the northern boundary, the property provides an exceptional foundation for ongoing agricultural production.

Sunnyside has historically grown sorghum, corn, sunflowers, wheat and barley, demonstrating its versatility and reliability across seasons. Of the cultivation area, 159 acres are currently under lease until next year, offering an existing leasing arrangement for prospective purchasers to consider without detracting from the broader potential of the holding.

Complemented by a comfortable three-bedroom homestead set in established gardens, multiple sheds, grain storage and a solar bore, the property presents a compelling opportunity for farmers, investors or those looking to expand their existing rural portfolio.
