This majestic Federation style home is for sale for only the third time since 1913.
Set on 14 acres (approx) of quality, well maintained pasture, with additional Franklin River and Deep Creek river lease frontages, this historic property provides a rare opportunity to own a piece of beautiful South Gippsland history that at one time, was a thriving native plant nursery.
Approaching the property is charming in itself, via a meandering long tree lined driveway to where the homestead reveals its classic Federation style beauty, elegance and privacy.
Step between the lavender border, under the wide overhang veranda through French doors to be captivated by the towering 11 foot ceilings throughout the home.
Classic period features abound through the home, with decorative wall and ceiling paneling, use of anaglypta wall paper features throughout, with ornate cornices and high skirting boards adding to the classic period charm.
The home has undergone tasteful modernisation to provide contemporary luxury comforts, yet classically designed to blend seamlessly into the home.
