Agents Comments:

'Glenell' has been held by the same family over successive generations. Farms of this quality do not hit the market everyday. With its infrastructure, 'Glenell' would suit a young family looking to own their own farm. The farm has plenty of scope to exploit multiple potential income streams and most importantly, would be a great place to raise a family.

Sales Process:

'Glenell' is being offered for sale via Private Treaty with an asking price of $2.4 million. Contact the agent Angus McLaren for further information on 0428 496 289
